Q: Can you help me choose gear for my cats and space? A: Yes. Tell us how many cats you have, their diets, your kitchen/feeding area size, and any issues (stealing food, fast eating, splashing, noise). We’ll point you to the most relevant setup guide and, if needed, suggest a custom configuration.

Q: How do I report a product problem or request a retest? A: Email us with the product name, model, date of purchase, and what happened. Include photos or short clips if possible. We log reader reports and may retest if we see a pattern across households.
