Multi-cat household veteran and shelter volunteer. I design feeding layouts, timing, and gear mixes that protect slow eaters and reduce resource guarding in tight spaces.
Core Beliefs
Harmony at the bowl is built through predictable routines and protected access.
Background
In our one-bedroom, my confident cat shadowed the timid one at meals. After a stolen-breakfast scuffle, I mapped pathways and added two microchip feeders with staggered opens. Within a week, guarding dropped and both cats finished calmly. That’s when I started documenting behavior-first feeding setups.
Perspective
I prefer gear that enforces fairness (timers, gates, microchip control) over decorative pieces.
